At Maison Laurelle, every piece is handled with care before it reaches you. Due to the intimate nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns at this time.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@maisonlaurelle.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

Ring Exchanges We want you to love what you wear. If your ring doesn't fit, we offer a one-time size exchange within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and in original packaging.
